The apparent speed of our 21st-century lives is breakneck. Constantly moving, always on the go, full speed ahead. The little things, the silent but steady background of our lives, go unnoticed. Yet they remain, waiting for us to notice; whether it's an interesting architectural feature we see while waiting for a bus, or an object of a forgotten era, the minutiae of our lives is sometimes just as interesting as the larger moments.
